Tusker FC vs. Kariobangi Sharks: A Nail-biting Encounter
The early kick-off match on Saturday at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos County set the stage for an exhilarating battle between Tusker FC and Kariobangi Sharks.
From the onset, Sharks dominated possession, with Masaba’s powerful shot in the 15th minute testing Tusker’s goalkeeper.
However, it was Makwata who broke the deadlock with a goal for Sharks in the 22nd minute.
Just before halftime, Tusker’s substitute, Kibande, orchestrated an equalizer, setting up Oguta for a debut goal.

The second half witnessed back-and-forth action, with Sharks regaining the lead through Makwata in the 57th minute.
Nevertheless, Tusker fought back, with Ojok leveling the scoreline once again in the 72nd minute.
The decisive moment came in the 79th minute when Masaba secured a crucial goal for Sharks, sealing their victory with a 3-2 scoreline.

At Kenyatta Stadium, Gor Mahia clashed with Kakamega Homeboyz in a tightly contested match that ended in a goalless draw.

Homeboyz came close early on with Kipkirui’s header hitting the crossbar, while Gor’s Masika’s attempt was thwarted by Murunga’s defensive efforts.

The second half saw no shortage of opportunities, with both teams striving for a breakthrough.
